Provides coaching, strategic business partnership, and thought partnership to all levels of the organization on employee and leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and other people related items.Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's overarching people & culture strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, retention, and organizational structure and effectiveness.Learns the business of our clients as well as monitoring emerging trends in organizational dynamics across the Publishing industry.Develops and maintains effective working relationships in a hybrid environment with internal clients, while also collaborating with the HRBP team and HR colleagues.The HRBP will also collaborate with the greater People & Culture team on strategy of total rewards, talent development and employee engagement. Delivering on these commitments in a timely, accurate, and trustworthy manner are critical components of this role. The HRBP provides support and service to employees, managers and senior leaders in the areas of general process, employee and executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, career development and other high-touch people services. The ideal candidate is someone who is flexible to change, hands on and can communicate across the organization. The HRBP, will provide guidance to the Trade Publishing and Shared Services leaders in executing people priorities that enable teams to reach their business objectives while fostering the employee experience. We are looking for a passionate, collaborative Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will partner with the HRBP team and the business on strategic people initiatives, has the ability to design and roll out programs to cultivate an inclusive culture, and influence all levels of the organization.
